to Informal Education
Courses are available for all young people
who will benefit from a tailor made approach to learning.
They are designed to be interesting, educational and help lay
the foundations
for a future career or further education. Work experience
opportunities will also be made available to all students completing
the courses.
Building Self-Esteem
TraxAcademy’s programmes involve
the use of a wide range of methods including:
- One-To-One
- Demonstration
- Practical Experience
- Group Discussion
Trax staff seek to encourage all participants
to express their own ideas in the group discussion, and seek
opportunities to build self-esteem through enabling success.
In addition, TraxAcademy staff are prepared to listen to the
feedback of participants and adapt their programme or style when
this is appropriate.
